Refund policy

We want you to wear your shoes with complete confidence. If your shoes do not fit perfectly, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

• 7-Day Size Exchange: You can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • Shoes must be unworn, unused, and tested only on clean indoor carpeted surfaces.

  • Items must be returned in their original shoe box with all packaging intact.

• Exchange Process:

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at 0300 8032469 with your Order ID and photo of the product.

  2. Our team will guide you on sending the pair back or scheduling a reverse pickup (where available).

  3. Once inspected, your replacement size will be dispatched.

• Refunds: We offer product exchanges or store credit. Cash refunds are only processed if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect from our end.
